  • Is a reservation necessary?

    We do not accept reservations for the pool area. For the sauna area, reservations are not required, but we recommend making one, especially after 4:00 PM. You can make a reservation by calling +421 940 631 961 due to limited capacity. Reservations are accepted until 12:00 PM, and their number is limited to ensure maximum comfort and quality of service for all visitors.

  • What about parking?

    The parking lot at Aquapark Trnava is managed by the city of Trnava and is classified as Zone B. You can purchase an SMS parking ticket in this zone by sending an SMS to the number 2200 in the following format: TTB [space] vehicle license plate [space] number of parking hours (from 1 to 10).

  • Are one-hour and two-hour entries to the pools or saunas limited?

    One-hour and two-hour pool entries are only available during specific times—before 11:00 AM and after 6:00 PM—to optimize pool capacity and ensure smooth operation and comfort for all guests. Similarly, one-hour sauna entries are limited to before 11:00 AM and after 6:00 PM. These time restrictions do not apply to customers who hold a season pass.

  • Can tickets purchased through the Zľava dňa portal be used on weekends as well?

    The terms and conditions for using tickets purchased through the Zľava dňa portal are specified on each individual ticket.

  • How do additional charges work?

    Your stay with us begins and ends by passing through the turnstile or by settling your wristband at the reception. If you stay beyond the paid time, the system automatically applies additional charges to each chip. Pool entries have an extra charge of €2.50 for every started half hour. Sauna entries have an extra charge of €4.00 for every started half hour.

  • Do sauna tickets include access to the pools?

    Sauna tickets also include free access to the pool area.

  • Why is the salt cave not included in the sauna ticket price?

    The salt cave requires a separate entry due to limited capacity and the length of stay. This way, we ensure comfort and quality for all visitors.

  • Why is the sauna area a clothing-free zone?

    The sauna area is clothing-free for hygiene reasons – swimwear can retain dirt and chemicals, which may negatively affect the quality of the environment. For visitors who feel uncomfortable, towels or special sauna textiles are available to cover the body.

  • Can family tickets for the sauna area be purchased?

    Children are allowed in the sauna area, but only until 6:00 PM, so that families can enjoy relaxation and teach children about sauna use. Therefore, we primarily offer family tickets for the pool area, which is designed for shared moments with children throughout the entire operating hours of our facility.

  • Can the ITIC/ISIC card discount be used?

    Holders of ISIC/ITIC cards can apply a 15% discount on selected entries.

  • Can I use the discount on the Up balansea card?

    Holders of the Up balansea card have the following conditions:

    entry to the water world - 1 person for 1.5 hours with a surcharge of €0.90

    entry to the sauna world - 1 person for 1.5 hours with a surcharge of €3.90

    entry to the salt cave - 1 person for 0.5 hours with no surcharge

  • Can I use the discount on the Multisport card?

    Holders of the Multisport card have the following conditions:

    entry to the water world - 1 person for 1.5 hours with a surcharge of €0.90

    entry to the sauna world - 1 person for 1.5 hours with a surcharge of €3.90

    entry to the salt cave - 1 person for 0.5 hours with no surcharge

  • Is the sauna area accessible to children?

    Children are allowed access to our sauna area until 6:00 PM.
